The EIB is interested in the development of public-private partnership in Serbia and in further development of regional projects and roads as part of the European transport network, the head of the Bank’s Regional Office for the Western Balkans, Dubravka Negre, said on Monday at a meeting with FinMin Dusan Vujovic. She noted that the EIB is planning to finance new projects in the sectors of healthcare and education, energy and environmental protection, as well as new infrastructure projects – roads and railways, the finance ministry said in a press release. Negre assessed that the current cooperation with Serbia is very successful and that there is room for further expansion of partnership.
