PM Beata Szydlo appointed Marian Banas, Konrad Raczkowski and Leszek Skiba as deputy Finance Ministers, the Finance Ministry said in a statement.
Banas was a deputy Finance Minister during the previous government of currently ruling Law & Justice in years 2005-2008. He’s a lawyer by education.
Raczkowski is a professor of public institutions management. He used to work at the Finance Ministry in years 2003-2013.
Skiba is an economic expert at the National Bank of Poland and the president of the council of the Sobieski Institute, an economic think tank tied to PiS. He is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH).
